At Mayeisha’s Fine Arts Studio LLC, we’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer to join our team. Located in Locust Grove, VA, and serving the Culpeper area, our studio is dedicated to helping clients achieve their fitness goals in a supportive and motivating environment. What You’ll Do

As a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer at MFA Fitness, you’ll play a key role in enhancing our fitness program to attract new clients, increase revenue, and foster long-term client relationships. Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and leading engaging group fitness classes.
• Providing one-on-one personal training sessions tailored to individual client goals.
• Motivating and encouraging clients to live their healthiest lives.
• Subbing classes as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborating with the team to develop creative ways to grow the fitness program.

This is a part-time position requiring 2–10 hours weekly, with a starting pay rate of $20.00–$30.00 per hour based on experience.

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for a candidate who is not only skilled but also passionate about fitness. Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Experience: A minimum of 1 year working in a fitness center or similar environment.
• Motivational Skills: Proven ability to inspire and encourage clients to achieve their goals.
• Certification: Personal Trainer/Fitness certifications are preferred but not required.
• Flexibility: Must be able to adapt to a flexible schedule and sub classes when needed.
• Communication Skills: Strong ability to connect and communicate effectively with clients.
