Turn Technician

Our team members are at the heart of it all, and we’re looking for a skilled Turn/Maintenance Technician to join us at our Suffolk location.
A Day in the Life:No two days are the same in this hands-on role! You’ll be a key part of making our community shine by:
- Preparing vacant apartments for new residents, ensuring they’re move-in ready
- Tackling a wide variety of maintenance requests, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs
- Keeping our community beautiful by maintaining clean and safe grounds and common areas
- Jumping in on other tasks as needed to keep the property running smoothly
- Previous building maintenance experience (multi-family experience is a big plus!)
- Ability to handle outdoor work in all weather conditions
- Willingness to participate in night and weekend on-call rotations
- A team player with a professional, courteous, and dependable attitude
