Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Pay Rate: $40-$55 (Based on Experience)

Schedule: Full-Time

Start Date: 2026–2027 School Year

End Date: End of the 2026–2027 School Year

Work Setting: Onsite

Position Overview:

ProCare Therapy is seeking qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join supportive school teams in the Virginia Beach/Norfolk, Virginia area for the 2026–2027 school year. We have multiple full-time openings available across various school sites serving students in grades K–12.

This is an excellent opportunity for dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists who are passionate about helping students strengthen their communication skills while collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams in a school-based setting.

Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language evaluations, assessments, and therapy services for students in grades K–12
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students' IEP goals
Maintain accurate documentation, therapy notes, and progress reports
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and related service providers to support student success
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Serve students at assigned school site(s) based on district needs
Perform all duties expected of a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist

Qualifications:
Active Virginia Speech-Language Pathologist license/certification required
Previous school-based experience preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Passion for supporting student growth and communication development
