ADM Trucking is a fleet owner operating with FedEx Custom Critical. We are currently seeking a highly dependable, detail-oriented Class A Truck Driver who thrives working long hours on the road. What You’ll Do

• Drive & Deliver: Safely operate a tractor-trailer (GVW over 26,000 lbs) to transport goods to assigned destinations on time.
• Freight Handling: Ensure contents are properly secured to prevent damage. Safely unload goods using electric lifts, hand trucks, or pallet jacks.
• Inspections & Maintenance: Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections. Handle basic vehicle upkeep (refueling, tire pressure, oil checks) and report major maintenance needs.
• Route Management: Proficiently use GPS to map efficient routes, check weather/road conditions, and follow a strict delivery schedule.
• Compliance: Maintain detailed electronic/paper driving logs, track working hours accurately, and strictly obey all DOT, ICC, and traffic regulations.
• Communication: Provide updates to dispatch, confirm load manifests, and obtain client signatures upon delivery.

What You Need (Requirements)

• License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven tractor-trailer driving experience required.
• Equipment: Must be highly familiar with and capable of operating both a 10-speed manual and a 10-speed automatic transmission.
• Clean Record: Must have a clean driving record with no moving violations.
• Background: Must be able to pass a clean criminal background check and a standard drug test.
• Physical Fitness: Alert, focused, and able to safely lift up to 50 lbs at a time.
• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
