Redline Powersports is an authorized dealer for top brands across motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, and personal watercraft. What You’ll Do
- Greet customers in-store and on the lot
- Identify customer needs and guide them through the buying process
- Present product options, pricing, and financing solutions
- Build relationships and generate repeat and referral business
- Follow up with leads, showroom traffic, and existing customers
- Handle incoming calls and internet inquiries
- Utilize CRM tools to manage pipeline and daily activity
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
What We’re Looking For
- Self-motivated and performance-driven
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Sales experience preferred, but not required
- Willingness to learn and follow a structured process
- Valid driver’s license required
