What You’ll Do

As a Barista at Qamaria Yemeni Coffee, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to serve high-quality drinks while creating a welcoming environment for our customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving a variety of traditional Yemeni coffee and tea beverages with precision and care.
- Providing excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and making personalized recommendations.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the café to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone.
- Learning and sharing the story behind Yemeni coffee and its cultural significance with customers.
- Collaborating with team members to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who’s not just skilled, but also enthusiastic about coffee and customer service. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience as a barista or in a similar customer-facing role.
- A genuine passion for coffee, tea, and cultural traditions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and teammates.
- A proactive and team-oriented attitude.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
