Construction Laborer
Construction Laborer - Full time working hours!
Pay: $19/hr
Schedule: 7am-Finish (based upon production, can be long days)
We are currently hiring a Construction Laborer to join our team!
This is a hands-on, physically active role with the majority of work performed outdoors. Candidates must be comfortable working in all weather conditions and performing labor-intensive tasks throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cut wood using various saws, including table saws, circular saws, and stationary saws
• Use power tools and pneumatic tools to nail wood forms together
• Build and assemble wooden forms used in construction
• Read and accurately use a tape measure for precise cuts and measurements
• Assist with general construction and carpentry-related tasks
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Work primarily outdoors at designated workstations
Requirements:
• Construction or carpentry experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.)
• Must have steel-toe boots
• Ability to lift, carry, bend, and perform repetitive physical tasks
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
