Recreation Therapist (CTRS) - Therapeutic Consultation (VA DD Waiver)
- Conduct recreation-based assessments and observations.
- Develop written TC support plans with strategies/adaptations.
- Demonstrate interventions and train families, caregivers, DSPs.
- Participate in annual ISP meetings and team reviews.
- Complete Medicaid-compliant documentation (notes, reviews, training logs,
- Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS – NCTRC).
