Experienced Plumber - New Modular Construction

Tired of working outside in the elements? Crawling under houses? How about a work schedule that frees up your weekends? (Monday through Friday, 7AM to 3:30 PM) along with working in a climate controlled environment?

Our company is seeking an experienced Residential Plumber (and plumber's helper if available) to join our team. The successful candidate(s) will be responsible for installing plumbing systems in residential modular construction. This role requires a high level of technical knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving skills. Responsibilities

• Install DWV and water lines in new construction projects.
• Install tubs, showers, fixtures, toilets, water heaters, and finish plumbing items.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine layout and installation procedures.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure task are completed efficiently and within specified timeline.
• Ensure all plumbing work is in compliance with relevant codes.
• Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems.
• Adhere to all relevant safety standards and procedures.
• Conduct proper testing to ensure leak free plumbing systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area, and inventory

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential plumbing with minimum of 5-years experience.
• Attention to detail and precision in work.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing practices and codes
• Ability to troubleshoot plumbing systems.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting plumbing blueprints
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand or walk for up to 10 hours per day.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Pay commensurate with experience.
