Maintenance Technician

Do you have 2-3 years of RECENT maintenance technician experience? Are you able to work 7pm-7am(2-2-3 schedule?) Are you comfortable with $34.50-$37.50/hr PLUS benefits! Qualifications: -High school diploma or GED required -5+ years of maintenance experience (mechanical & electrical) - Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills -Experience with hand and power tools, electrical systems, and manufacturing equipment -Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment -Knowledge of lockout/tagout procedures and safety protocols

Responsibilities

-Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance on manufacturing machinery and facilities
-Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and PLC systems
-Perform routine, predictive, and preventive maintenance on all machinery
-Operate man lifts and forklifts; transport heavy parts and equipment
-Maintain equipment, parts inventory, and CMMS work orders
-Fabricate metal parts and perform welding as required
-Perform electrical repairs including AC/DC drives, HMI screens, and motors
-Complete general facility and grounds maintenance as needed
-Participate in safety programs and maintain compliance with all safety standards

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• standing for 12 hours at one time

Skills

• Hydraulic and Pneumatic (3 years of experience is required)
• Electrical and PLC (3 years of experience is required)
