Administrative Office Support Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

• Office cleaning and upkeep
• Answer incoming phone calls, greet visitors, and provide friendly customer service to clients and vendors.
• Prepare invoices (pricing/quoting), billing, process paperwork, and maintain accurate office records and filing systems.
• Enter data into company systems and assist with order tracking, job updates, and reporting.
• Support daily office operations by handling emails, organizing documents, and completing administrative tasks.

Administrative Office Support Qualifications:

• Previous administrative office experience REQUIRED
• Strong customer service and communication skills REQUIRED.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, data entry, email communication, and basic office equipment.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced environment. Must demonstrate professionalism, dependability, and attention to detail
• High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent office experience may be considered.
