Graphic Designer
- Design Creation: Develop and design high-quality flyers, postcards, ads, social media graphics, and other marketing materials using Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
- Social Media Content: Create engaging and on-brand visuals specifically for social media platforms, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Canva Design: Utilize Canva to produce quick-turnaround designs for social media and other digital platforms.
- Collaboration with Franchisees: Work closely with franchisees to understand their design needs and deliver creative solutions in a timely manner.
- Social Media Scheduling: Manage and schedule content using social media scheduling tools such as Meet SOCi, ensuring timely and consistent posting.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to brand standards and are optimized for various platforms and mediums.
- Marketing Multiple Brands: Develop a deep understanding of the different brands under Loyalty Brands and create designs that effectively market each brand.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Thrive in a fast-paced work environment, handling multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality output.
- Google Tools: Leverage experience with Google Business and Google Ads to enhance marketing efforts across digital platforms (if applicable).
- Feedback Integration: Incorporate feedback from franchisees and internal teams to refine and improve designs.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing work across various mediums, particularly in creating flyers, convention backdrops, postcards, ads, social media graphics, etc.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
- Experience with Canva is preferred.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools like Meet SOCi.
- Google Business and Google Ads experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with franchisees and team members.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Candidates must be based in the Madison - Athens, Georgia area.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle tight deadlines.
