• Guide prospects through the sales process and close the sale confidently and professionally.

• Provide accurate, personalized insurance quotes quickly using company-provided tools and systems.

• Maintain detailed and organized records of all interactions and sales activity in our CRM system.

• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a performance-based or inside sales role.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

• Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities.

• Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate CRM platforms and virtual communication tools.

• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional home office setup.

• Willingness to obtain their professional license
