Job Title: Acumatica Systems Analyst

Location: Gainesville, VA (On-site requirement: 5 days per week)

Job Type: Contract/Consulting with potential for permanent placement

Salary: $50/hour on a contract basis, with potential to convert to a permanent salary of approximately $100k-$120k

Position Overview:

A mid-sized services firm located in the Haymarket/Gainesville, VA area is seeking an experienced Acumatica Systems Analyst to support post-implementation activities. This role requires a candidate with a strong background in Acumatica to assist with user training, system support, and the development of reporting and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement within the Acumatica ERP system.
• Configure and customize Acumatica modules to align with business needs.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides and training materials.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Acumatica-related issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Acumatica with other systems.
• Conduct user training sessions and workshops to enhance system utilization.
• Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates and upgrades.
• Assist in data migration and system implementation projects.
• Provide post-implementation support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience with Acumatica, either as an Admin or as an implementation partner.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
• Proficiency in SQL and other database management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Acumatica certification is a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in the Haymarket/Gainesville area.
