This position is a clinic director role and REQUIRES 1 year prior managerial experience.

Overview:

Due to growth, Body Dynamics is now hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for an Outpatient Orthopedics Clinical Director position in Falls Church, VA. Full-time availability is required.

Caseload / Patient Population:

The Physical Therapist hired will work with a variety of orthopedic diagnoses, sports, pre and post-operative patients along with many types of fitness levels for conditioning and injury prevention. The clinic is primarily general orthopedics.

Our ideal candidate is a passionate empathic team player with skills in manual therapy. If hired for this role, the team will ensure that you are fully comfortable.

Clinic Directors provide 20-25 hours of direct patient care along with managerial duties.

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position. The clinic is open Monday - Saturday. The schedule is flexible based on the needs of the PT hired and the clinic. The ability to work 4 x 10s or 5 x 8s is available. No weekends or major holidays!

Compensation and Benefits:

Physical Therapists are paid a competitive salary based on experience and specialty certifications. The salary range for this position is $80K  - $200K, depending on clinic performance.

Job Requirements:

• Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent standing).
• Full-time availability required.
• Leadership or Management experience required, 1 year.
• Out-of-network experience or exposure preferred.
• Eligible for Virginia state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Must be legally able to work in the United States without restriction.
