Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Virginia Beach, VA

Are you a CDL-A driver looking for an exciting independent contractor opportunity with excellent pay and modern equipment? At American Trucking Group, we offer W2 positions with dry van routes across all 48 states, unlocking significant earning potential.

Home Time:

• Be on the road for 3-4 weeks followed by 4-5 days at home, allowing you to balance your professional and personal life effectively.

Equipment:

• Drive 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia trucks, equipped with diesel APU, inverters, mini fridges, and TV mounts, designed for your comfort during extended hauls.

No Touch Freight:

• Experience 100% no-touch operations with dry van freight throughout all 48 states, including specialized routes on the East Coast and in the Pacific Northwest.

Pay and Miles:

• Average earnings range from $1,600 to $1,800 weekly, with a competitive $0.60 CPM and $50 stop pay. You’ll also receive a $1,500 sign-on bonus, paid at $150 weekly for the first 10 weeks, plus a 10% profit-sharing bonus at the end of the year.

Running Area:

• OTR coverage includes all 48 states, providing diverse dry van freight opportunities for maximum earning potential.

Benefits:

• This W2 independent contractor position includes a passenger policy for those 18 years and older at no extra cost. A pet policy is also available with a $500 refundable deposit based on truck condition upon return.
