About the Role:

As a school-based SLP in Fairfax County, you’ll work directly with K–12 students to evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders. You’ll also collaborate with educators, families, and other service providers to support IEP goals and maximize each student’s success.

This in-person role allows you to build authentic relationships and make daily impact in a supportive, resource-rich school environment.

What You’ll Need:

• A desire to bring life-giving excellence to school-aged children
• ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP). CF's welcome to apply!!
• Active Virginia SLP license , or eligibility to obtain one
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred
