OTR Dry van Company driver (1099) Job in Portsmouth, VA by Pulse Express
Requirements - CDL Class A
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable OTR experience
- 23 years of age or older
- HAZMAT Endorsement Preferred
- Strong work ethic, responsibility & positive attitude

- Safety Bonus: $100 - $300

Vacancy description
Position Overview:
Transport dry van trailers loaded with hazardous freight for Pulse Express on OTR routes. Maintain rigorous safety and compliance for every delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate dry van vehicles on long-haul routes
- Secure and haul HazMat materials per FMCSA standards
- Log precise trip data, inspections, and fuel use
- Coordinate with dispatch for optimized routing
Benefit from $0.70–0.75¢/mile rates, $2,200–3,100 weekly earnings, a $4,000 sign-on bonus, 24/7 driver-based dispatch, pet-friendly environment, and extra pay for stops and detentions.
