Responsibilities:

• Lead marketing projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.

• Collaborate with the Director of Communications and Marketing to develop and execute strategic campaigns across digital, social, email, and print platforms.

• Manage content creation, including website updates, social media, and promotional materials to boost engagement and event participation.

• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to streamline workflows and deliver high-quality communications.

• Track analytics and media outreach to measure impact and refine strategies.

• Support administrative tasks while contributing fresh ideas to elevate ASBC’s brand.

Qualifications:

Required:

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or project coordination.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Tech-savvy with experience in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, and project management tools.

• Exceptional communicator with clear writing and meticulous editing skills.

• A heart for ministry and excitement to support ASBC’s mission.

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, Business, or a related field.

• Familiarity with project management best practices.

Preferred:

• Graphic design or photo editing skills.

• Experience with digital analytics and social media strategy.

• A knack for building relationships with media and community partners.
