Work you'll do

As a Project - Software Engineer III on the Engineering as a Service team, you will be responsible for...
  • Supporting a federal client in standing up an API gateway environment
  • Designing, developing, and implementing MuleSoft integrations to enable system interoperability
  • Performing application integration, development, and testing activities across the software delivery lifecycle
  • Supporting application programming interface (API) design, management, and security requirements aligned to client needs
  • Collaborating with client and Deloitte teams to troubleshoot issues, improve integration performance, and support delivery milestones

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Active High Risk (Tier 4) Public Trust security clearance or Top Secret clearance required
  • 4+ years of experience in application programming interface (API) design, management, and security, including 4+ years of experience designing and developing MuleSoft integrations
  • 1+ year of experience with Traceable
  • Ability to work on-site in Rosslyn, Virginia, 2-4 days per week
  • Ability to travel 5-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
  • Experience implementing or supporting API gateway platforms
  • Experience supporting federal government technology programs
  • Experience with integration testing across distributed applications
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
