Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Lead Installer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong construction background, advanced installation skills, and the ability to lead while maintaining top-tier workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead installation projects from start to finish, ensuring all work meets quality, safety, and timeline expectations.
- Familiarity with various construction methods including drywall installation, flooring installation, tile laying, caulking, trim carpentry, cabinet installation and plumbing.
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications accurately.
- Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Train and mentor junior installers on best practices in installation techniques, and site safety.
- Ensure all work areas remain clean, safe and organized.
- Previous experience in remodeling projects is highly desirable.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience minimum
- Prior lead or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of installation techniques, tools, and materials.
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Must have own vehicle and tools.
