We need an experienced front-end developer who will use their passion to guide a development team to learn new tools and techniques, identify and implement system improvements, and mentor teammates. This is an opportunity to resolve problems in the Intelligence Community by collaborating with a development team to build an innovative tool with user-centric design.

On our team, you'll coordinate UI/UX designers and back-end developers to create a seamless user experience. Your team will ensure accessibility for all users by developing a front end that functions across browsers, platforms, and devices while meeting accessibility and security requirements. With mentoring, positive code reviews, and opportunities to learn new tools and skills, we focus on growing as a team to make the best solutions for our customers.

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience with Web Design

• 5+ years of experience with Web Development

• Experience with software testing

• Experience with developing with modern front-end frameworks, such as Angular, or React

• Experience integrating with RESTful APIs

• Experience with visualizing complex datasets in interactive web dashboards

• Experience with Typescript, HTML, or CSS

• Experience creating UI/UX mockups

• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

• HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with graphic design

• Experience with Python

• Experience with supporting customer content managers in accomplishing site creation and modifications

• Ability to work on a team to collaboratively execute software development life cycle activities, including scope and requirements definition, design, development, and deployment of solution

• Ability to perform interface modifications to tools and support content migrations, workflow development, and solution deployments

• Ability to collaborate at all levels and across organizations

• Bachelor's degree preferred; Master's degree a plus

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
