What You'll Do

As an Event Assistant , you will help ensure successful event execution while providing exceptional attendee experiences.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist with daily event operations and coordination
• Support event setup, organization, and promotional activities
• Welcome and engage with attendees in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide information about charitable organizations, clients, and community programs
• Answer questions and help attendees have a positive event experience
• Represent clients and causes with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Assist with maintaining event organization and smooth workflow
• Communicate effectively with team members to support event goals
• Provide outstanding customer service and community engagement

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Strong English verbal, reading, and writing skills required
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, or event experience is preferred but not required
