Client Service Representative - Entry Level

As we expand our outreach efforts, we're seeking a Client Service Representative to join our team and serve as a direct link between our organization and the public.

This is a face-to-face role focused on in-person donor interactions, public outreach, and community engagement . Ideal for candidates who are outgoing, detail-oriented, and passionate about making a difference .

You will represent our organization at live events, community spaces, and outreach sites , building relationships and creating meaningful supporter experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the in-person point of contact for donors, supporters, and community members
• Represent nonprofit initiatives at local events, booths, and outreach activations
• Greet and engage passersby with a friendly, informative, and professional demeanor
• Provide on-the-spot answers to questions and share campaign updates
• Collect and process donor information using mobile tools or paper forms
• Distribute brochures, handouts, and branded materials
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and logistical support
• Share feedback from the field to help improve engagement and outreach strategies
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to reporting on campaign performance

Qualifications

• Passion for community outreach, nonprofit work, or cause-driven campaigns
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—comfortable talking to anyone
• Reliable, punctual, and professional in live settings
• Organized and able to track interactions accurately
• Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable working in public spaces
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Previous experience in face-to-face customer service, fundraising, retail, or events is a plus
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
