Your Role as a Molding Maintenance Specialist

Step into a role that combines technical skill with collaborative teamwork. As a Molding Maintenance Specialist at KIK Consumer Products, you will be pivotal in ensuring our production equipment functions smoothly and efficiently. You'll work 2nd shift hours, starting from 4:00 pm to 2:30 am, Monday through Friday, with additional hours during weekends when necessary.

This is What You'll Do:

• Operate and fine-tune machines crafting various container sizes and colors.
• Ensure all products meet rigorous quality standards.
• Recommend improvements to optimize productivity and resource use.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, addressing and resolving issues swiftly.
• Emphasize safety and cleanliness in all operations.
• Maintain machines, chillers, and additional production equipment diligently.
• Set up molds, ensuring a smooth start-up for production runs.
• Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems efficiently.
• Step into roles as needed, providing flexible support across shifts.

Your Profile:

• High school diploma or GED preference.
• Experience with Blow Mold Machine Maintenance a plus.
• Three-plus years in manufacturing maintenance mandatory.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 60 lbs.
• Readiness to work in fluctuating temperature environments.
• Proficiency in wearing a full-face respirator as necessary.
• Availability for overtime work as required.
