Job Title: Infrastructure Support Specialist.

Location: Contract (Office/Project Based).
Work Arrangement: No Remote / No Telework.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and technically adept Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our Information Systems & Technology (IS&T) team. This role is responsible for supporting local infrastructure and services including end-user devices, video conferencing tools, networking, and general IT troubleshooting. The successful candidate will provide frontline technical support across a range of services and collaborate closely with enterprise teams to ensure a seamless user experience, particularly for executives and VIPs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and effective end-user support for hardware, software, operating systems, mobile devices, video conferencing, and other collaboration technologies (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business, Surface Hub).
• Execute incident and service request tasks, including hardware moves, adds, and changes.
• Follow established IS&T standards, processes, and service level expectations.
• Deliver exceptional support to executives and VIP users, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic LAN/WLAN, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, file and print services issues (including Follow Me Print).
• Assist with asset tracking and configuration management in ServiceNow.
• Maintain detailed documentation for support activities and infrastructure components.
• Travel as needed to support regional offices or project job sites.
• Provide technical setup and on-site support for meetings, events, and conferences.
• Monitor, report, and improve user satisfaction and service delivery metrics.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field – OR – Minimum 7 years of relevant IT experience in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum 1 year of experience providing hands-on IT support for end users in a professional environment.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow .
• Minimum 1 year supporting executives or VIP users.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong troubleshooting skills for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals (printers, scanners, monitors, etc.).
• Familiarity with video conferencing and collaboration systems (Teams, Skype, Zoom, Surface Hub).
• Working knowledge of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, etc.).
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs .
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
• A+ Certification or similar IT credential is a plus .

Additional Information:

• This is a full-time, on-site position; remote work is not available.
• Some travel to other offices or job sites may be required for short-term support assignments.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
