Job Summary

We are looking for individual to join our client’s team as a Call Center Representative. You will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing technical support to ensure overall customer satisfaction.

Job Description

• Answer customer questions and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide technical assistance and support as needed.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Demonstrate proficiency with phone systems and computer applications.

 

Skills Required

• Minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience.
• Bilingual (facility specific).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Active listening skills to fully understand customer concerns and needs.
• Effective problem-solving abilities to identify issues and implement appropriate solutions.

Education/Training/Certifications

• High School Diploma or General Education (GED).

Additional Requirements

• Schedule Notes: Please note employee will work 11-7 and some Saturdays (8-4) as well

Pay Rate

• $32-$37.00 per hour, based on experience, skills and market factors
