Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active Virginia State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification from AHA Required
• 1 year of experience in outpatient physical therapy

• Shift Hours: Mon-Thurs 8:00 AM - 5:45 PM
