Smartsheet Implementation Specialist

Job Overview:
- We are seeking a Certified Smartsheet Developer to design, develop, and manage solutions within the Smartsheet platform to enhance business operations and project management for the State of Virginia's Department of TAX. The role involves creating and optimizing Smartsheet dashboards, reports, and workflows, while ensuring compliance with security policies and supporting key Smartsheet projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customize and administer Smartsheet solutions, including dashboards, reports, and templates.
- Implement automated workflows and improve efficiency using Smartsheet automation.
- Integrate Smartsheet with external systems like Okta, CRM, ERP, and Azure DevOps.
- Support various Smartsheet projects (e.g., procurement requests, HR recruitment, travel forms).
- Ensure system security and compliance with data policies.
- Manage user access, licenses, and troubleshoot Smartsheet issues.
- Collaborate with business teams, IT, and project managers to meet business needs.
- Develop documentation, best practices, and troubleshooting guides for Smartsheet solutions.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:
- Expertise in Smartsheet features, design: 1 year (Required)
- Smartsheet API, JavaScript, Python, Power BI: 1 year (Required)
