Entry Level Communications Assistant
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and outgoing individual to join our team as an Entry Level Communications Assistant . This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or career changers looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing, public relations, brand communications, and event support .
No prior experience is required — we provide paid training, mentorship, and advancement opportunities within a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and delivering marketing and communication campaigns
Communicate key messaging to customers and event attendees
Support public relations initiatives and promotional events
Coordinate campaign materials and ensure brand consistency
Build positive relationships with clients, partners, and community members
Track campaign performance metrics and prepare reports
Provide administrative and operational support to the marketing team
Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professional and confident demeanor
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or related field preferred but not required
