Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist in Charge experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A closed-door pharmacy in Salem, VA is seeking a Long Term Care PIC to oversee pharmacy operations and lead the team ASAP.
Pharmacy Details:
Staff :40 FTEs
Systems : Frameworks, DocuTrack
Position Highlights:
Lead all administrative, operational, and pliance functions
Provide strong floor visibility and hands-on support when needed
Foster a positive and productive team culture
Ensure adherence to federal, state, and pany regulations
Implement and maintain quality assurance programs and SOPs
Requirements:
VA Pharmacist License in good standing
Prior LTC pharmacy experience (Required) minimum 5+ years
Previous leadership or operations management experience in a LTC setting (highly preferred)
Familiarity with Frameworks/DocuTrack is a plus
