Job Summary
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Receptionist to manage front desk operations and support key office functions. From greeting visitors and coordinating deliveries to maintaining essential logs and providing administrative support, you’ll help ensure our office runs smoothly and efficiently every day.
Job Description
- Manage visitors' falls at the office site. Update the visitor’s log
- Manage Deliveries at the office site. Update the deliveries log. Created deliveries log form
- Update/manage the following data trackers/log
- Visitors Log
- Deliveries Log
- Security report Log (security use)
- IT Peripherals Removal and Return Log
- Inventory Log (porters use)
- CW Offices, Workstations & Employees master list
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Supervision of COMPANY mailbox: collection, sorting, and distribution of mails/packages
- Assisted in moving the employee’s seat assignment. Supervision of contractor movers
- Administration, clerical, and supervision support/role will always be extended/rendered to all current and upcoming team projects and goals

Additional Requirements
- Shift Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday to Friday
Pay Rate/Salary
- $19.23 - $30.77/hr.
