salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Manage all printing and die-cut production to meet safety, quality, and cost objectives.

• Lead and coach pressroom personnel through hiring, training, and performance management.

• Analyze production data like OEE and waste to drive continuous productivity improvements.

• Review job tickets and equipment readiness to ensure planned run speeds are achieved.

• Partner with Quality and Maintenance to optimize equipment performance and resolve customer complaints.

• Maintain audit readiness for BRC, SQF, and regulatory inspections within a food-grade environment.

• Oversee department staffing and labor costs while ensuring adherence to all company policies.

The essential functions of this role include:
