Since 1996, EarthScapes has provided professional lawn and land care throughout Coastal Virginia. We're looking for an experienced Landscape Maintenance Foreman to lead a crew while working alongside them in the field.

This isn't a position for someone who wants to stand back and supervise. We're looking for a hands-on leader who can set the pace, maintain high standards, and help their crew succeed.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and work alongside a crew of 2+ landscape maintenance team members
• Oversee mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, blowing, and other routine landscape maintenance
• Operate commercial-grade mowers, trimmers, edgers, blowers, and related equipment
• Conduct pre- and post-job inspections to ensure quality standards are met
• Train, motivate, and provide direction to crew members
• Ensure company safety procedures are followed on every job
• Communicate with management regarding scheduling, supplies, and client feedback
• Accurately complete timesheets and job completion records

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of professional landscape maintenance experience
• 2+ years of experience as a Crew Leader, Foreman, or similar landscaping leadership role
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong experience operating commercial landscaping equipment
• Ability to effectively lead, train, and motivate a crew
• Dependable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively
• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in varying weather conditions
• Knowledge of plant materials and seasonal landscape care is preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus
