Always Best Care of Fairfax provides compassionate, clientcentered inhome support throughout Fairfax County. We are currently hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for short morning and/or evening shifts in Burke, VA. Position Overview
We are seeking attentive, reliable CNAs to assist a client who recently experienced a fall and now requires extra safety support during wakeup and bedtime routines. This role focuses on providing gentle personal care, assistance with typical Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), and an added sense of comfort and security for both the client and their spouse.These shifts are ideal for CNAs who enjoy shorter, focused care windows that enable them to bookend their regular schedule with more hours and value being part of a supportive home environment.

• Provide respectful, handson personal care
• Support safe morning and/or evening routines
• Assist with ADLs such as hygiene, dressing, mobility, and light meal prep
• Offer calm, reassuring companionship and emotional support
• Maintain awareness of fall risks and promote a safe home environment
• Communicate effectively with the spouse and care team to ensure continuity of care

• Active CNA license in the State of Virginia (preferred)
• Experience supporting clients with mobility challenges
• Patient, compassionate, and attuned to client comfort and safety
• Physically able to assist with transfers and mobility support
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Competitive hourly pay: $25.00 – $27.00 per hour
• Mileage reimbursement at $0.72/mile for clientrelated travel
