What You'll Do
- Lead safe and efficient plant operations, ensuring the production of high‑quality precast products.
- Implement and sustain the company safety program, including employee training, facility audits, and the development of safety procedures.
- Coordinate all plant activities with department managers to meet production goals on time and within budget.
- Oversee maintenance and preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and facility performance.
- Monitor and manage plant performance related to production output, quality standards, labor utilization, and operating costs.
- Maintain plant facilities and equipment, recommending repairs, replacements, or upgrades as needed.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development to production personnel, promoting safety, organization, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Need
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
- Excellent planning, organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Working knowledge of industrial equipment and manufacturing processes, including process‑improvement methods.
- Experience with concrete batch design; ACI certification preferred.
- Demonstrated commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
Your Education
- High School Diploma or GED required
