Product Manager

Your Role
- You will work at the intersection between business, technology, and the customer to deliver profitable and usable technical solutions that enable banks and other customers to seamlessly integrate with IntraFi services.
Your Responsibilities
- Communicating regularly with some of our largest prospective and existing customers to drive integration technology solutions and enhance existing solutions for data exchange and authentication (SFTP, API, etc.);
- Teaming up with IT and Client Services to identify technical solutions that enhance internal integration service support;
- Planning and prioritizing the product roadmap, feature backlog, and development in alignment with stakeholder and customer priorities;
- Serving as the product owner on one or more scrum teams during product updates;
- Partnering with the UI/UX team for UX testing to align product design with customer needs;
- Creating both external and internal communications about upcoming releases; and
- Providing product support and subject matter expertise in resolving daily inquiries from internal staff.
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Product Manager role, preferably in the banking industry
- Proven history of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its life cycle
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Agile development
- Track record of excelling in a fast-paced agile environment, adapting to shifting urgencies, managing multiple priorities, and meeting deadlines
- Strong technical background with experience in web-based application development
- Experience in UX/UI research and analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative mindset and proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience in finance or with a fintech company is a plus
