Landscape Installation Foreman – Enjoy 3-Day Weekends!
We're looking for an experienced Landscape Installation Foreman to join our team! Our crews typically enjoy three-day weekends —we work Monday through Thursday, with Friday as a rain make-up day.
What We Do (and Don’t Do!)
We specialize exclusively in landscape installation —no lawn maintenance here! That means planting, mulching, pruning, and more. If your experience is primarily mowing or using power shears, this isn’t the role for you. We need someone with hands-on pruning experience using hand pruners, not just power tools.
Who We're Looking For
This position is only open to those with landscape management experience. If that’s you, here’s what we need:
- Plant Knowledge – Identify common plants & know proper installation & pruning methods
- Leadership Skills – Lead from the front, not the back (yes, that means getting your hands dirty!)
- Equipment Experience – Comfortable driving a trailer & operating mini/full-sized skid steers
