Production Scheduling Coordinator Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $20.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:00pm )
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment following 5S standards and safety procedures.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, lead times, and shipping schedules.
- Enter customer orders, create sales orders, and process invoices using Sage software.
- Order raw materials, create purchase orders, and track inventory accuracy.
- Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer demand.
- Coordinate freight carriers for incoming materials and outgoing shipments.
Production Scheduling Coordinator Qualifications:
- Strong skillset in Microsoft Excel to perform job duties
- Able communication skills to speak with customers.
- SAGE computer program experience is a plus for this position!
