Job Title: Administrative Technician- Human Services - Child Services
Job Location: Virginia Beach, VA
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
Payrate: $18.91/hour
Job Duties:
• Generates a variety of correspondence for program staff members
• Disposition Letters
• Face Sheets
• Diligent Search Letters
• Coordinates the distribution of computer equipment for check out and return
• Mails certified and regular correspondence
• Prepares spread sheets
• Routes for administrative signatures
• Distributes Child Welfare Forms
• Keeps track of daily items for processing
• Assists with onboarding of new Child Welfare Staff
• Completes request forms for equipment movement and changes
• Schedules administrative meetings
• Scribes for Child Welfare meetings and program discussions
• Support division/department projects by conducting research from readily available resources and providing relevant information
Minimum Requirements:
Requires any combination of education above high school level and/or experience equivalent to (2) four years in the fields utilizing the required knowledge skills and abilities
