As a Business Analyst youllsupport a particular agile workstream team (either Integration or UI) to help gather requirements ensure delivery meets required needs and ensures work will be accepted without any major issues

What youll do:

• Perform requirements analysis and documentation activities such as: Gather analyze and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews workshops and process observation; Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications; Create comprehensive documentation including user stories use cases process flows and system requirements; and Maintain requirements traceability throughout project lifecycles
• Conduct Process Analysis and Improvement Activities such as: Conduct gap analysis between current state and desired future state; Develop process maps workflows and standard operating procedures; etc.
• Engage in Stakeholder Management Activities such as: Collaborate with business users project managers developers and other key stakeholders etc.
• Perform Systems Analysis & Testing activities such as: Analyze system functionality and performance to ensure alignment with business requirements
• Conduct Data Analysis & Reporting Activities such as: Create reports dashboards and visualizations to support decision-making

What youll need to succeed:

• Minimum 7 years of experience
• Bachelors Degree; or equivalent experience in leu of degree
• Hold an active government issued TS/SCI CI Poly clearance
• Proven experience gathering analyzing and documenting business requirements through stakeholder interviews workshops and process observation.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Strong background in creating documentation such as user stories use cases process flows and system requirements with the ability to maintain requirements traceability throughout project lifecycles.
• Experience conducting gap analyses to identify differences between current state and desired future state.
• Proficiency in developing process maps workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Demonstrated success in stakeholder management including collaboration with business users project managers developers and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in.
• Hands-on experience analyzing system functionality and performance to validate alignment with business requirements including participation in system testing and validation activities.
• Proficiency in data analysis including creating reports dashboards and visualizations to support decision-making.

SALARY RANGE: $128000 - $156000

The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications skills and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including:

• The candidates professional background and relevant work experience
• The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs
• Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation
• This role is also eligible for additional compensation subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar which may include:
• Performance-based bonuses
• Company-paid training and/or certifications
• Referral bonuses
