Great Hill is seeking a Program Manager in Falls Church, VA to support the DHA customer.
Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Support development of policy related to patient affairs and health records
- Monitor performance, gather data and support quality assurance related to records
- Conduct analysis of business constraints
- Support leadership in meetings, working groups and various communications.
Basic Qualifications:
- 15+ years of military health system experience
- Lean Six Sigma Credentials
- Certifications from AAPC OR RHIA
- 24 semester hours in health administration OR program management courses
- Should be familiar with patient administration and health record management
