- Location: Norfolk, VA (MSC HQ); Primarily contractor site; frequent meetings in Norfolk, VA; travel to CONUS/OCONUS ship visits as required.

Responsibilities
TekSynap is seeking a Senior Assessment & Authorization (A&A) Support Lead to lead Assessment & Authorization (A&A) activities in support of MSC’s Risk Management Framework (RMF) compliance.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience
- Eight (8) –Ten (10) years of experience in A&A and RMF support.
- eMASS proficiency
- Strong RMF expertise.
Certifications
- Navy Qualified Validator (NQV) II certification
- 8570 certification: IAM Level III.
Education
- Bachelor of Art or Bachelor of Science degree. (Preferred in IT, Engineering, or related).
Clearance
- Clearance: Secret.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop RMF artifacts and Authority To Operate (ATO) packages in eMASS.
- Perform site, system, and platform IT validation testing.
- Conduct Mission-Based Cyber Risk Assessments (MBCRAs).
- Coordinate with Navy Security Control Assessor and Navy Qualified Validator (NQV) requirements.
