Practice Hours: Monday–Wednesday 8:00–5:00, Thursday 8:00–3:00

Pay: $22–$27/hour (based on experience)

Do you enjoy creating a warm, welcoming environment and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? Our dental practice is looking for a Front Office Team Member who will play a vital role in patient care and office flow.

What You’ll Do

Your role will be at the heart of our practice, helping patients and supporting our team with:

• Greeting all patients warmly upon arrival

• Assisting with front office operations, scheduling and patient flow

• Answering incoming calls and assisting with outbound calls

• Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring HIPAA compliance

• Verifying insurance and assisting with claim submissions

• Processing payments and assisting with billing

• Managing emails, follow-ups, and after-treatment “well call” checks

• Assisting with keeping the office tidy and welcoming

What We’re Looking For

• Prior dental or medical front office experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Clear, compassionate communication with patients and teammates

• Comfort with technology and practice management software

• A positive, proactive attitude
