Client Relations Associate - Entry Level

We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Client Relations Associate to support client relationships and ensure the successful execution of event marketing campaigns . This role is ideal for someone passionate about marketing, events, and client engagement .
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and feedback.
Support the planning and execution of event marketing campaigns aligned with client objectives.
Prepare client proposals, presentations, and reports to contribute to strategic recommendations.
Manage client accounts and projects, ensuring deliverables are on-time and within budget.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights for campaign optimization.
Assist with event logistics, including venue setup, inventory management, and on-site support.
Foster strong client relationships, demonstrating a commitment to client success and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong client-focused mindset.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, able to manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Passion for marketing and events, eager to learn and grow within the industry.
