Real Estate Paralegal

Note : This position requires employees to be on-site five days a week at the Virginia Beach, VA office.

Job Description

• Manage real estate transactions including simple refinances, buyer-only and seller-only deals, and full closings
• Handle builder-related matters, from initial project setup through to final contracts and draw requests
• Coordinate all phases of the residential closing process
• Prepare and organize closing documents and ensure timelines are met
• Communicate effectively with clients, agents, lenders, and internal staff

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a real estate paralegal
• Experience with closings and builder transactions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Familiarity with standard office equipment (copier, scanner, phone)
