Sunbelt Staffing, in partnership with a leading nationwide Home Health Agency, is seeking dedicated and experienced Contract Home Health Registered Nurses for an exciting opportunity in Pulaski, VA. • Location: Pulaski, VA, and surrounding areas
• Position: Contract Field Home Health Registered Nurse
• Duration: 13 weeks, Full-time (Scheduled 40 hours per week), no guaranteed hours
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, occasional weekends and on-call (typically one weekend per month)
• Compensation: Weekly pay, negotiable based on experience and territory budget
• Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k after 90 days
• Mileage:.48c mileage reimbursement visit to visit, 150-250 miles per week expected
• Productivity: 25-32 per week, up to 35 patients per week

Requirements:

• Active Virginia Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Active American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS
• Minimum 1 year of home health experience required
• Proficiency in OASIS and Homecare Homebase required
• Reliable transportation
• Joint Commission onboarding standards upon offer

Job Duties:

• Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized care plans
• Administering medication and treatments as prescribed
• Educating patients and their families on disease management and home care procedures
• Documenting patient progress and updating medical records accurately
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care
