Legal/Office Assistant in Fairfax City litigation law practice. 20 to 25 hours a week. Office work: answering phones, returning calls and emails; assisting attorneys with pleading and document prep and filing; keeping files organized and updated; printing, copying, and scanning documents; assist with monthly billing; light bookkeeping; occasional bank deposits and court filings (one block walk to court). Prior law office/litigation experience is required (minimum 2 years). Good organizational skills required. Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Outlook, QuickBooks, Clio Manage very helpful. Paid twice monthly at an agreed hourly rate.
