What You'll Be Doing

As an Ice Cream Scooper at Sweet Spot Ice Cream Café, you'll be at the heart of what we do—creating delightful experiences for our customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers with a warm smile and friendly attitude
- Scooping and serving a variety of delicious ice cream flavors
- Handling customer orders and operating the cash register
- Keeping the café clean, organized, and inviting for everyone
- Collaborating with your team to ensure smooth operations

What We’re Looking For

- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or food service role
- Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, and multitasking abilities
