Sigma Health Rehab is excited to offer a Full-time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) position to join our team of skilled therapists in a Skilled Nursing Facility . K ey Responsibilities: · Follow the plan of care set out by the supervising physical therapist · Measure & record resident’s motor function, strength, and muscle performance. Observe and document on resident performance. Treat residents with varieties of techniques, like stretching and massage, assist residents in carrying out specific exercises. Maintains Resident confidence by keeping information confidential. Complies with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements.
